They finally told me to take a leave of absence because

figure out how to fight this horrific condition... Or
jump of a cliff.
And that's not a joke, it truly was THAT serious...
Not only was I anxiety-ridden and feeling trapped
inside my jail of a head... But I was getting majorly
depressed, too...
Which meant that no matter how I did it, I needed to

part of my life.
And so, from that moment on, every single moment
was spent researching medical publications, studies,
scientific journals and periodicals, even alternative
